Although my posts might be influenced by the daily happenings in my life, most of it would be simple thoughts that crosses my mind, questions that I have which I cannot answer, facts that I have discovered, and opinions and beliefs that I want to prove or, have already been proven.

How my mind was Opened-up

"You become what you think about." - Napoleon Hill
"What you think is real becomes your reality." - Robert Kiyosaki

I believe in the saying:

"The difference of who you are now,
and who you will be 5 years from now is
the people you surround yourself with;
and the books that you read."

It makes a lot of sense. I am convinced. And I have decided.
I decided to surround myself with people who have a winning mindset.
I refuse and ignore Losers:

  • People who pretends they know everything

  • People who know all methods that WILL NOT work

  • People who know all things that CAN NOT be done

The most dangerous question that stops you to succeed is..
"What If....?"
It hasn't even happened yet, but you already see the failure.

Risk is everywhere! There are risks driving a car.
But why is it that people still continue driving?
Because they know how to drive and they know they have control, knowing that there can still be risks.
Indeed, nothing is risky.. if you know what you're doing.

The question "What If..?" actually happens because of the presence of ignorance. Because they do not really understand things, people pretend they know it and says
"I know that! It's not for me. It will not work. It's too risky!"

Again, what you think is real, becomes your reality.
If you think you can, you can. If you think you can't, you can't.
If you say things like:
"I'll never be rich."
"I can never afford it."
"I just want to be okay."
"Money is not important."

...then guess what? It becomes your reality. And it's all you ever will achieve.
-- You will never be rich
-- You will never afford it
-- You will just be okay
-- Money will never stay

My mind was opened because of my quest for purpose.
So good is the information I acquired that I feel it's a waste if I dont' share it.

If you would like to have the same reality I accepted.
You may find the ways that helped me change my context work for you as well.

I will recommend the following Books.

Start with Rich Dad, Poor Dad - Robert Kiyosaki
It will teach you the Accounting Subject in reality terms.
It will start you way to thirst for knowledge..
Knowledge you never got from school.

Then I invite you to play one of the Cashflow Gatherings.
There are a lot of groups that does this for both fun and learning.
This game will show you how your life revolves around your job and paycheck everyday.
It will open you mind about the opportunities that are scattered everywhere, but it's just that you can't see it. In playing this game, you would meet people with the same desire you have. The desire to succeed. The desire for wealth far more than money can measure.
Surround yourself with people who have winnig mindsets!
If you are interested to attend one of this, message me and I'll schedule you.

Next, read the Cashflow Quadrant - Robert Kiyosaki
It shows you the 4 different classification of people and allows you to decide which quadrant you would like to get your income and how you gain it:
You work for money, You own a Job, Your Business works for you, or Your money works for you. This books also shows the 6 types of investors and allows you to assess your life if you would like to change the type of investor you currently are.

The third book, I would recommend is
"Why We Want You to be Rich." - R. Kiyosaki and D. Trump
This books would give you an idea how rich and successful people think and why they think that way. Some ideas will also open up on how you could succeed. This book would make you realize that "It doesn't take money to make money."

Having your minds opened up to the reality of your life, then you will begin to fathom for more contents. However, you may still have doubts and fears.

FEAR as defined is False Expectations Appearing Real
You can read all the books in the world to get their contents, but you will never acquire the wisdom if your context remains the same.

If you want to get rid of fear, then change your context.
The book "Retire Young, Retire Rich" - Robert Kiyosaki
can help you with do just that.

If you read these with the burning desire, then you are ready to commit to yourself and declare what you will become. A book that could help you with this is the
"Think and Grow Rich" - Napoleon Hill
The six (6) steps to success is given here. Simply following the steps will allow you to gain riches you never dreamed of, and accomplish any task you want to accomplish.
This books is the foundation of The Secret. Secret that has been used by successful people throughout history.

If you want to know what the secret to wealth is, then you may also want to try
"The Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" - T. Harv Eker
The key to being a winner, is having a winning mindset.
This books will show you what and how that mind can exist.

Learn Money Management and apply the principles of the money jars.
Managing is not budgeting. You may attend seminars and discussion that helps you become more financially responsible with your life. You may also join a community that has a mission to empower people.

The community I joined does just that, and they offer Wealth Courses that are FREE.
If you are interested, message me and I can help you reserve a seat.

Lastly, take actions!
You can't do the same things over and again and expect that one day, you wake up and everything's changed.
"Talk is Cheap. Just do It!" - Nike

You can't learn to swim by reading books. You have to jump into the water! A lot of people want to go to heaven. However, not all of them are willing to die. You didn't know mathematics when you were young. But you studied, sometimes you failed quizzes/exams, you practiced, and you now you know Math. You can apply the same principle in acquiring wealth.
You don't know how? You know not where to start? Then study, but just like Mathematics, you need to practice. Expect failures and learn from it. That's how you really learn.

Another book I would recommend is Rich Dad's "Guide to Investing" - Robert Kiyosaki
It's not a How-To Step-by-Step to get rich quick book. This is a guide. It can help you make good plans and blueprints of your road to success.

There are other good books around. But these books are the ones I started with.
If you can spend time watching tv, chit-chatting with your friends, going to parties...etc...
Things that makes you poorer, both mentally, emotionally, financially, and even spiritually, then why can't you give yourself time? Why not have time for your future?
Use your time wisely!

Never in my life have I understood "TIME IS GOLD!" more than now!
Since you don't have money, then time is all you really have. How do you plan using it?

Here is one of the favorite videos I've seen that can show you what I'm talking about. Who do you choose to be? Bruno or Pablo? :)

Will you focus on the income you earn right now and splendor on its buying power? Or will you do what Pablo did, carry buckets, but not wasting time and start building pipelines.

You are the master of your own fate.
You control your future. And you are great!
You deserve more! You know it!
Make a decision. Do it fast.

I don't want to succeed anymore.

Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

Everytime I was asked that question, I always answered with a very positive vision. Like me, most of us would answer “I’m already successful with my career. I have a better position and a higher compensation.”

I said those with a confidence, looking the person who asked eye-to-eye, with a very convincing tone. What people fail to see was that within me was a battle. I know that that is my dream, my goal. But then I always asked myself, do I honestly believe that I would succeed? Well, I am very optimist about myself and my capabilities, but honestly, that path was very still very vague for me. This is because of the primary reason that I do not even know how to start achieving that goal.

How about you? If you are asked this question, what will your answer be?

Now, after thinking or saying what your answer is, let me ask you:
“Do you really know that you will achieve that goal in 5 years?”

If yes, then can you say how you are planning to accomplish that?
What steps have you taken so far to attain your goals?
How far or near are you in reaching your dreams?
What is your game plan? What is your strategy?

I do not need you to be honest with me, but I need you to be honest to yourself.
Can you really say that the path is clear and that you can vividly see the way?
Can you sincerely and honestly say that you have taken the first step?

If you are like whom I was, then most probably, you have the same core values:
“Hardwork, Determination, Patience”
These are great ideas! But it often leads me to ask:
If that is so simple, then why is everybody not doing it?
First thing first, who or where did I learn this from?

Then I start to look at the life of the person or the people that told me this.
If that’s what they say I should do, then that means that’s what they did.
But if that’s what they did, then how come they are not as successful as how I define successful to be?
If I do what they say, then I would absolutely achieve the same results they achieved. I would end up like them.

I am not saying I do not look up to them. Don’t get me wrong. It’s just that I do not want the same reality that they embrace. I know I could be more!
I still believe in the values of hardwork, determination, and patience.
But maybe the missing piece of the puzzle is how and where to apply this values.

If these are applied to career or job, then soon, there is a promotion, a higher salary, more benefits, etc. That is good! But the problem is, until when? In today’s age, the term Job Security almost does not apply anymore.
If I stop working today, would I still have enough income to support my everyday living?

“Money can’t buy everything!”
I’ve heard this a lot of times before. And I agree to it positively.
But I also agree that money can buy food, clothing, and health.
Money is not as important as love, but then if you don’t have money, can you eat love?

“Money is not that important!”
If you have a partner, and you always tell your partner that s/he is not that important, what do you think your partner will do? Do you think they would always understand?
I don’t think so. If you tell me I am not that important for you, then why would I stay around you? If you think money is not that important, then guess what? It will never stay.

Let’s face it and not be hypocrites. Money can’t buy everything but money IS important! In today’s economy, money is VERY important!

Can it make you happy? Hell Yeah!
But having money alone cannot make you happy. You can have all the money in the world but without friends, or people loving you, then you will never be happy. And this leads us to the fact. Money can make you happy because it allows you to give the people important to you what they need.

NO, they won’t love you because of your money. We are not even talking about them! We’re talking about you! The happiness you feel to provide for them. The happiness you feel when you are able to help them. The sense of satisfaction when you are able to give them almost everything they need. Not buying or paying them to like you, but it’s about you liking the feeling of being a provider.

We all want to be happy, but the ultimate happiness is felt when you see your loved ones happy, is it not? If they are happy, then you are happy. At least, in my opinion, that is true.

Going back to your dream. What really is your goal? What is your plan?
WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?

You need to have a greater purpose. If your goal is simply to have a stable job, then does that mean that once you have it, you are ready to die? Is having that stability enough for you to be the legacy you leave the world? OR do you want to be rich? O’ come on now!
Don’t tell me you don’t! Everybody wants to be rich.
If you want, then how rich?
Can you tell me a specific amount? Can you give me a detailed description?

If you ask me, I don’t want to be rich. I don’t want to be wealthy.
BUT I don’t want to be ‘just alright’. Moreso, I don’t want to be poor.

I don’t want to be successful.
I simply don’t want because I already crossed the line where I came to a point that I’m not wanting anymore. I decided already.
I decided to be rich. I decided to be wealthy.
I DECIDED TO BE FREE!

I do not want to live a comfortable life. If comfortable means having a high paying job and able to survive everyday, then that’s not the comfort I am looking for!
I DESERVE MORE!
I deserve abundance! I deserve to live!
For me, to live is not to work, then get paid, then pay bills, then eat, then spend, then work again until I die. I decided to reject the idea of contentment because I am not contented to know that I will die with my eyes open, working all my life ‘til I’m too old to work, and I have no source of income to fund my medication. I decided not to grow old counting on my family, or probably my children to return the gratitude of taking care of me.

I will not be my future children’s responsibility.
Yes I will take care of them and give them food, shelter, clothing and education that they need. But that is expected from me because that is a parent’s responsibility.
A parent is responsible for the welfare of the children and this responsibility should be done without expecting anything in return. Children are not investments!
They never should be and never should have been black mailed with the ‘gratitude’ spiel.

I know that I will not be successful by applying the 3 values I mentioned to my job.
It may make me succeed in my career, but I do not accept the idea that it will make me succeed in life. I decided to be rich and I know job security will not make me.

I want freedom! I want choice!
Security will not give me freedom, simply because security is not freedom.
In fact, the people who have the highest security… are the ones behind bars!

I can only be free if I don’t have worries!
Worries that I may lose my job, worries that I might be late, worries that I might not make my boss happy, worries that I may lose my money if I keep spending.
“I cannot do the same things over and again, then expect that tomorrow, when I wake up, the results will change!” I know I need change! I changed I did.

We should start changing now before it’s too late. We all need to learn investing.
But where do I invest in? How do I invest?
If that is your question, then you already know the answer.
You start investing in that little nutshell between your ears called brain.
You do not know where and how? Then learn it!
Start investing in your education. There are a lot of sources of education that would give you quality contents to change your mindset.

However, you cannot learn to swim by reading a book. You have to jump into the water!
Start learning then get started. Do it! You didn’t know math before but you studied, then through practice, you learned. So why should learning how to be rich be any different? If you study, then practice, then you will learn! You cannot study how to be rich and learn how to be rich! You need to take action!

If you ask me now, where I see myself 5 years from now, then I can already answer you. Only, this time, I know within myself that the path is clear and that I will be what I say I’ll be, and will be where I said I’ll be , because I have decided and because I already took the first step. And I know I will fail along the way. But it won’t stop me. I will still succeed. And it will only take me 5 years. It could be a long way but who ever said that there’s such a thing as ‘easy money’?

At least, if you ask me now, I know where I’ll be. I’ll be free! I will still be working, but this time, I’m not working for anybody anymore. I will be my own boss and I will not be paid by the hours I spent because, this time, I will be paid by results.

I regret that I have been skeptical and cynical for a long time that a lot of it has been wasted for nothing. I can’t believe I have not realized it sooner. Money is everywhere, but they won’t give it to you. You have to take it. If you just begin to have time for yourself to think of all the opportunities, then you will be surprised how creative your mind is. You would not believe how powerful and capable you are in creating means to make money! You start fathoming things that were unfathomable.

5 years from now, I am retired. 5 years after that I am free.
And this I say will come true, because I already decided.
AND THERE’S NO STOPPING ME!
